A: No. Many of our clients are either interstate or international. Our strong communicative process ensures the smooth running or your project no matter where you are.

Q: How do I get my own web address (domain)?
A: First you need to see if the web address you would like to have is still available.  After you have found a suitable domain name (web address), you have to register it.   If you would like, we can  take care of this step for you, when we start building your web site. 

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We require a 50% deposit to start working.The rest is either paid upon completion.  After we have agreed on all details, we will create an online agreement and payment form through which you can pay with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) on a secure server thru PayPal.  If you are uncomfortable with providing your credit card information online, you can also mail cash/check to us.  Payment details will be discussed prior to building.
